March 2026 Results: KAS Returns to Bot Range, BTC Climbs to $76K
March 2026 KAS USDT BOT results
Another month is behind us. Here’s a breakdown of what’s been happening:
Kaspa:
Since March 7-8, we bounced off a local bottom of $0.028 and climbed to nearly $0.042, hitting the bot's lower orders. We’ve seen some KAS trading activity, but since the price stayed within the bot's range for only about half the month, the total number of trades is relatively low. On the bright side, we aren't dropping any further, and we actually outperformed Bitcoin during the growth phases. As for global KAS news: the fork originally scheduled for May 5th has been pushed back by about a month. Well, we wait.
Bitcoin:
Within the month, BTC rose from $63k to $76k before retracing to $68k. Despite dips in Gold, the S&P 500, and many other assets (excluding oil, of course), Bitcoin is holding up well. Volatility is nearly 1.5x higher than average - positive for us.
Market Outlook:
Overall, we are currently at levels where my chosen strategy is to step aside and observe. I’ve been writing this for months: it’s too early to buy, yet too cheap to sell. While there are intra-month fluctuations, I have no way of knowing what Trump might tweet in the morning - whether he will end the conflict with Iran or escalate it further.
As an "armchair expert," my current opinion is that military actions in Iran will continue for at least another month. The closed Strait of Hormuz is a dead end; it will have to be reopened one way or another, otherwise, several countries will plunge into a crisis comparable to COVID. In that scenario, the reopening could be accompanied by very tragic events, and other nations will feel the sting as well. I’m mentioning this because it would directly and negatively impact the price of Bitcoin.
Regarding the CLARITY Act, there hasn't been any news that can be interpreted definitively.
Given the above, it’s a pleasant surprise for me that we haven't dropped to lower levels yet.
I haven't changed the bot settings this month and haven't made any additional deposits.
