Onboarding Guide for KAS & BTC Trading bot 🤖

Share

I decided to write a separate onboarding guide for KAS & BTC Trading bot

So, you’ve made the great decision to join the bot and start using it. Here’s the step-by-step process, along with answers to a few common questions.

The entire process only needs to be completed once and takes around 5–10 minutes.

1. Start the bot and choose a language
Send /start in the bot and select your preferred language.
After that, you’ll receive a welcome message. At this stage, only the deposit top-up function is available. The menu and registration are temporarily locked to prevent bot abuse.
Simply follow the instructions in the welcome message.

2. Register on the MEXC exchange
Important: register on MEXC before making your initial deposit, as MEXC is not available in every country.

3. Make your initial deposit
Use the /top_up command in the bot.
Follow the payment aggregator link, select the network that works best for you, and send the funds. The deposit remains on your virtual bot balance and is used to pay for the bot’s operation.
More details are available in this article: Link

4. Get access to API key setup and registration
Once the payment aggregator receives your funds (please account for the transaction confirmation time of the selected network) you will automatically gain access to:
API key creation instructions: /api_instructions
API key registration in the bot: /registration
You can read more about API keys here: Link
⚠️Please note that the most up-to-date IP addresses are always listed directly in the bot’s instructions.

5. Create and register your MEXC API keys
Create API keys on MEXC according to the instructions, then enter them into the bot.
The bot will verify the keys and notify you if anything is wrong. If everything is set up correctly, you’ll receive a message confirming that you can start trading.
All that’s left is to fund your MEXC exchange account.
If something doesn’t work, don’t panic - ask in the chat or message @dj_support_robot. You’ll get help. I don’t monitor the chat every minute, but I’ll respond within a reasonable timeframe. 💬

6. The most important point, in my opinion
So, you have access and the bot is ready to trade for you.

❗️⚠️IMPORTANT: overcome impatience, the urge for instant action, gambling impulses, and greed.

I’ve seen this many times with newcomers - and around 90% make the same mistakes:
🔹They set an order size that is too large relative to their deposit. This can quickly cause the bot to stop. At least read this: Link

Short info: assume minimum 100-125 orders for KAS and BTC at the moment of this post for default settings. This WILL be changed over time.

At the time of writing, the numbers there are still quite relevant. Remember: you can always increase your risk and order size later. But reducing it may not always be possible when your entire deposit is already tied up in a coin.

🔹They keep pressing Autobuy because nothing happens for an hour or two.
Right now, the summer market is very quiet in terms of volatility. There are far fewer trades than during the “season.” The bot is working - but if the price is standing still, it simply waits for a setup that matches its algorithm. No suitable price = no trade.
Working with the bot is not a sprint toward instant profit. It’s a marathon. 🏃

Wishing everyone great profits! 📈
